Genmaicha
Genmaicha is a traditional Japanese blend to which toasted and puffed rice grains are added to green tea leaves. Its name means "brown rice tea" in Japanese. It is usually produced in the fall in preparation for winter. This can be explained by the greatly comforting aspect of this infusion due to its roasted taste. Because rice grains can burst, Genmaicha is sometimes referred to as "popcorn tea". Let yourself be charmed by its lightly woody vegetable notes at any time of the day.
