Iron Goddess
Cultivated on the highlands of China, this oolong tea is among the country's favourites. The environment where it grows allows the tea to take advantage of the fresh mountain air, which gives it a particularly pure taste. Immediately after plucking, the leaves are rolled, resulting in a particular semi-oxidation . This special process gives this beverage a floral taste blending with woody and vegetal notes. The rolling of the leaves during infusion offers a pleasant spectacle. Tasting a cup is therefore a real experience!
Ingredients: Organic Tie Guan Yin oolong tea from China.
Directions for use for one cup (250 ml): 1-1.5 teaspoon, temperature 90 degrees Celsius, 4 to 7 minutes.
