Labrador tea, despite what its name might suggest, is not actually a tea; it's more like the leaves of a plant! Also known as Greenland Ledon, this mixture of leaves has been consumed for centuries. It was highly valued by Aboriginal healers for its therapeutic properties.

This tea will calm you down and is also said to relieve anxiety. These boreal herbs are also used to treat digestive disorders.

Discover a mildly tangy taste with herbal and fruity notes. The flavour is reminiscent of the fir tree... a getaway to the northern forests in every cup!

Caution: since this infusion has a high tannin content, a prolonged infusion or heavy consumption may cause an upset stomach. It is preferable not to let the mixture brew for too long and not to drink large quantities on a regular basis. Women who are less than six months pregnant and children under six years of age should not drink it either.

Ingredients: Labrador tea bud, leaf and stem. (Rhododendron greenlandicum).
Directions for use per cup (250 ml): 2 teaspoons, temperature 90 degrees Celsius, 4 to 5 minutes.
    Does not contain theine.

Safety: We recommend that you consult with a qualified healthcare practitioner before using any herbal products, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or on any medications.
